As soon as our quotation is accepted, we will send you an order form electronically, which must be filled in and returned to us duly signed.

Smaller fees shall be paid or transferred in advance. Regarding the higher fees, we will send you a request for advance payment of the 50% of the service fee, the payment of which is considered an order establishment.

The remaining amount shall be paid to our office at the moment of receipt of the translated documents. An invoice is being issued for every completed assignment.
